Vinyasa Flow

Breathe. Move. Center.
In our signature Vinyasa class, we link breath with movement, creating a smooth, continuous flow of postures that will leave you feeling energized and centered. This practice offers modifications to suit all levels. You’ll leave feeling balanced, focused, and with a calm readiness to meet or end the day.

Restorative Yoga

Rest. Reset. Reconnect.
Find deep relaxation and release with this slow, nurturing practice, designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Restorative Yoga uses props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body in restful poses held for several minutes to deeply stretch and restore the body while your mind is at rest. This slow-paced practice focuses on gentle, supported poses that allow your body to fully relax and let go of tension.

Yoga Sculpt

Strong Body, Centered Mind.
Yoga Sculpt blends the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of circuit-style training. Incorporating bodyweight exercises and yoga flows, this class will have you working hard and feeling the burn. Strengthen your arms, legs, and core while staying connected to your breath throughout the yoga flow.

Empower Yoga

Strength and Sweat.
This class is designed to help you feel energized and strong! Expect to sweat as we push your limits and tap into your inner power with poses that engage every muscle group, from standing sequences to balancing postures, and core work. Created to build heat and stamina, this class is perfect for those looking to increase cardiovascular fitness while cultivating mental clarity and stress resilience.

SlowFlow Vinyasa

Go Deeper, Move Intentionally.
Take your time with Slow Flow Vinyasa. This class focuses on the mindful transition between poses and the nuances of alignment. By moving at a slower pace, you’ll have the opportunity to explore each posture deeply, practice your alignment, release tension, and build flexibility without feeling rushed. Perfect for those seeking a meditative experience and a chance to focus on posture and form.

  • We do recommend pre-registering for class so our teachers know how many people to expect. Should you decide at the last minute to join a class, and we have space available, you are welcome!

  • Arriving 5-10 minutes early is always a nice way to settle in, find a good spot, and grab any props you might want for class.

  • If we see you are pre-registered, we can give a couple minutes grace period before we start class, but our front doors will be locked once class begins to ensure the safety of everyone’s items and that there are no interruptions.

  • Our studio is typically warm, and set to around 75-80 degrees.

  • We recommend wearing clothes that are breathable, and you feel comfortable moving in. Please bring with you a yoga mat, water bottle, and you may want a hand towel for the higher intensity classes. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have plenty to borrow!

  • We do not have showers, but we do offer sustainable shower wipes in our restroom, if you’re on the go and need a refresh before heading out!

  • We understand things come up, but in order to respect the time and space of our teachers and students, we ask that you cancel at least two hours before class. If you do not cancel before that, you will be charged for that class.

  • All minors (anyone under the age of 18) must have a parent complete a Minor Liability Release Policy prior to practicing in the studio. These will be available in the studio, and your teacher can help you with this form.

Anyone under the age of 14 will require a parent to accompany them. For anyone under the age of 10, please email the studio to see if there are any upcoming classes for younger ones available. Children are not allowed to wait out in the reception area while a class is being held.
